Breakdown Recovery

If your supplying dealer has supplied breakdown recovery through us and your vehicle has suffered a breakdown you need to call the breakdown recovery team on 01945 586228.  When you speak to one of our operators you will need the following information;

  1. Your name and membership number;
  2. The vehicle’s make, model and registration number;
  3. The exact location of the vehicle, such as the road you are on, an identifiable landmark or the unique 3 word combination for your location from what3words.
  4. What you suspect the fault is;
  5. The telephone number you are calling from;
  6. A recovery operator will then be deployed to attend to your vehicle;
  7. If your breakdown is as a result of a flat, punctured or blown tyre you will also need to ensure that:-
    • You have the locking wheel nut key.
    • A fully serviceable spare, or space saving wheel.
