Make a Claim
If your vehicle has suffered from an issue such as a breakdown of the illumination of a warning light, please stop driving the vehicle immediately and follow the information below to make a claim on your warranty plan.
- You can email us at claims@blackstarwarranties.co.
uk and please quote your vehicle registration number and policy number. - Your vehicle will need to be taken to a VAT registered garage for an inspection and diagnostics. Please note you are responsible for the costs of the diagnostics.
- Once a diagnostics has been completed either you or your inspecting garage can send this through to us at claims@blackstarwarranties.co.
uk. Once we have received this information we will consider the claim and report back to you if we need anything further. - Once you claim has been processed we will confirm to you in writing the outcome and if the claim is successful we will provide an authorisation to the repairing garage.
- No work must be caried out to the vehicle without our written consent as to do so may invalidate your warranty plan.
- If the claim has been approved and once the work is completed, your repairing garage will send the invoice to Blackstar Warranties 124-128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NJ, this can be via post or email at claims@blackstarwarranties.co.
uk. - We will then process and make payment via bank transfer
